Evaluation Process
We evaluate significance,prepare heritage statements and make design assessments to influence architectural options, enable site development and make planning applications to the Local Authority. Over the last 10 years we have helped a range of clients, including investment funds, institutions, local authorities, charitable bodies, housebuilders and private home owners in London, Home Counties and across the UK.
Clients
Our clients vary from the owner of a single historic building to those who look after or own multiple buildings of varying types in the public or private sector. We also engage our services for one-off projects with those such as architects or planning consultants who require additional expertise on larger schemes.
